I am a psychologist and experiential personal development trainer originally from Lithuania, living in Italy. I’ve traveled a lot, lived and worked in 6 different countries, always driven by curiosity, open mind and eagerness to discover. I love working with people from various backgrounds, cultures and religions.
In my work I use Integrative approach: combination of Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Interpersonal reconstructive therapy and Cognitive techniques.
Since I was little, I am very passionate and curious about our humanity… about why do we act in one way or another, the motives that bring us to suffering or anger, guilt, shame, joy, happyness.. in how do we make decisions and choose our life path, in how we relate to others and affront life challenges…how our beliefs and upbringing influence how we see the world around us… what is the best way to let go of what does not serve us, grow and change in the way we want… and the most important: how can we create a fulfilled life and express our full potential, live connected to our pure and authentic inner self so it can guide us in our choices?
Even if I have studied at universities and earned BA and MA degrees in Psychology, the biggest university for me so far has been my life experiences and learning from other people. This is also why I always strive my working sessions with both groups and individuals to be experiential, creating inner or outer movement “here and now”, while using interpersonal connection for healing.
I am forever grateful for each person I have met and have been working with or for, as each meeting has enriched my life and my work methods.

2018- Now Psychologist in private studio: individual psychological support in private studio and online. Collaboration with Mindletic app.
2018- 2022 Psychotherapy Practice internship in USL Arezzo, mental health sector for adults: individual psychotherapy, testing, leading a mindfulness group.
2011- 2022 Freelance Personal development trainer, mentor, coach: Designing, organizing and implementing experiential personal development trainings for youth, students, teachers, counselors, psychologists in Europe and beyond. Topics of expertise: personal development, communication, inner and interpersonal conflict transformation, coaching and mentoring, team building.
